Equro Issuer Services (formerly known as Nordic Issuer Services) is established as an independent authorized provider of registrar services to issuers, i.e. companies that have their shares, bonds and / or other securities registered in the central securities depository Euronext VPS (Verdipapirsentralen ASA) or Equro Register (EQR). In addition to ordinary KU services, the company provides the services the market demands and which fall naturally within the business area, such as advice and assistance in connection with corporate actions and reporting to the relevant authorities - this in contrast to competitors who often limit themselves to reactive processing.
