Engineering & Research Associates (ERA) was formed on June 6, 2011, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The name was chosen with a definite vision of introducing states of the art, evaluation and practice in modern and advanced levels of Geotechnical, Hydro-geological, Architectural, Structural, Water and Positioning related to Topographic and Hydrographic Survey also in Dredging Industry. ERA offers a comprehensive, competitive and dedicated range of ground investigation related and other Technical services with a goal to be unrivalled within the industry as an independent company. We supply competent, effectively delivered and complex quality-driven ground investigation strategies, with professional levels of planning and commitment, in order to achieve the established objectives. Our services range from initial desk study preparation and investigation design, through detailed site work operations (involving numerous intrusive techniques), post-monitoring requirements and the detailed reporting phases.
Our in-house operatives are full-time (salaried) employees of the company. They are fully competent and trained with the professionalism that ensures full confidence in the services we offer. Drilling crews are experienced with 20 or more years of dedicated service to the industry and a keen understanding of Bangladesh over-water and land drilling conditions. Contract coordinator and engineering specialists carefully manage the day to day requirements of individual operations and programming, overall performance, effectiveness, health and safety and quality are overseen at Director level to ensure that any potential issues are addressed promptly and reliably.
