Unlocking Africa’s Youthful Potential We can not always build the future for our Youths, but we can build our youths for the future. Elevate is a new pathway for youth in education, employment and empowerment, proving that by learning and improving digital skills, one can increase their chances of becoming employed or starting their own business or freelance career in Uganda. 3 in 5 youth in Uganda are unemployed and lack skills. We have failed in offering enough opportunities for our young people to truly dream, to believe and achieve. If you don’t have aspirations, dreams and the skill, you’re not going to believe in yourself. If you don’t have that community of people around you telling you that you can, you won’t achieve even the small things for yourself. Elevate Creative Apprentice Program was started to reduce the number of disconnected youth in Improvised communities by lowering barriers in entry to STEM ( Science Technology Engineering and Math) professions and increasing relevant experiences in the innovation economy. Our Vision is to see every youth in Uganda skilled and availed opportunities to DREAM, BELIEVE AND ACHIEVE.
