ERB Commercial Risks are a fully independent and family owned Insurance Broker and Risk Management consultants. We have particular expertise in the field of Transportation, Logistics & Passenger Transport; however we cater for many different types of organisations.
As well as having strong and developing relationships with the usual insurance brands such as Aviva, Axa and NIG, ERB have direct access into Lloyds and as such have the ability to place the non-traditional, large and unusual risks.
All clients of ERB have access to our Client Service Portal, this allows clients to view and download their insurance information at the touch of a button. You decide who has the permission to view this as each person will have there own unique password. Whilst you will be able to view your policy documents there will also be instructions and advice on each of your policies and what to do in the event of a claim.
We build real relationships with our clients and because we don’t accept pre-packed solutions in our business, we don’t expect you to either.
