Erca Advanced Polymer Solutions is a privately owned company (Erca Group) born from the merger of Erca, Hydrotech and Euraflex in the water polyurethane dispersion sector. The Company operates in the development, production, marketing and sale of a wide range of water-based polyurethane dispersions, which can be used in different application sectors such as Leather finishing, paper and textile finishing, the formulation of high-performance paints and varnishes, the formulation of cosmetics and make-up and the production of artificial leather. ERCA Advanced Polymer Solutions has two production sites located in Northern Italy and equipped for conducting synthesis via acetone, fusion and reverse Prepolymer. Together with pilot plants that allow an appropriate industrial scale up, ERCA Advanced Polymer Solutions has modern and well-equipped R & D and applications laboratories in which a team of researchers with a long and high experience operates. Thanks to its membership in Erca Group, ERCA Advanced Polymer Solutions is able to extend its production activities in various geographical areas such as South America and Asia where Erca Group owns and operates modern production sites. Logistic Platforms over the regions of EMEA, SAE, LATAM and US are as well available.
