Founded in 1965 in Istanbul, our company has started manufacturing with 7 machines. As of 1992, it has started to export by expanding its production. Today, 600 employees have become the leading company in the sector with a monthly production capacity of 600,000 dz. In 2016, Erdal established a new factory in Hadımköy-Arnavutköy. The existing new factory has a total production area of 30.000 m2. The total number of personnel is 600. All production activities take place in our factory in Hadımköy-Arnavutköy. Our designers, who follow the developments in textiles both at home and abroad and participate in all fairs in the sector, prepare trendy collections by identifying the trend colors and trends and form the product collections worldwide. Our products are produced in the latest models of mechanical and computerized machines. The products we produce are summer and winter socks for men, women and children groups. We produce 800, 3,5,7,9,6,9,14 and 18 number knitting machines working actively in production with our cotton, nylon, lycra, mercerized, flax, wool, coolmax, thermolite, tactel and acrylic yarns. Our monthly production capacity is 7.200.000 pairs of socks. We have the flexibility and infrastructure to increase our production capacity according to the needs and demand. As Erdal Socks, we have ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 quality, environment and ISO certificates. We have Oeko-Tex standard 100, Sedex, BSCI and Organic GOTS-TR certificates. Erdal Socks is 20 minutes away from Ataturk Airport. In this way, all commercial and domestic commercial connections and visits can be made on the same day. In this context, it provides a great advantage to both our company and our business partners in marketing and logistics planning.
