Vina Erdut is a Croatian winery committed to crafting high quality estate-grown wines, situated in Erdut, in the region of Slavonia.
Our vineyards are ideally positioned on the sloping hills along the Danube river, thriving on the rich soil and with the abundance of sunshine. We embrace winemaking traditions dating back to 1730, the year in which our Old Cellar was built. As one of the largest wineries in Croatia, we produce wine on 450 hectares of our own vineyards.
We are proud of our people and their dedication to the quality in each step of the wine production.
The symbol of the winery is the Grand Barrel, the largest wooden wine barrel in use in the world with the volume of 75,000 liters.
The assortment includes white and red varieties of wine, recognized on the market under the brand Vina Erdut. The most important white variety is Graševina, followed by Traminac, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Rhenish Riesling. The red varieties include: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Frankovka, Pinot Noir and Zweigelt.
