Erebor Capital is purely Game Dev venture fund based in Poland. Focused on PC/consoles/handhelds premium games. Genre agnostic, investing on every stage of companies but mainly focused on pre seed to IPOs. Currently in our portfolio we have 4 studios:
- Starward Industries, producing The Invincible game, a first-person Sci-Fi thriller set in a retro-future timeline. The game is based on Stanislaw Lem’s novel and produced by a team consisting of ex-Witcher and ex-Dying Light developers, which will be published by 11 bit studios in the beginning of 2023. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xmx0w-eAoTk&feature=youtu.be https://store.steampowered.com/app/731040/The_Invincible/ - Plot Twist is working on a metroidvania game titled The Last Case of Benedict Fox, awarded with „Most Wanted Xbox Game” on Gamescom 2022. The studio has signed a deal with Microsoft, under which the game will be released as part of Game Pass. This is the studio's second game in this genre. The game will be released on an early access model. Currently the company is looking for a publisher.
