Erez Makina has taken its place in the domestic and foreign markets by manufacturing with the cold forming method made by a small number of companies in the world, with its business experience and knowledge gained since 2004. We have developed our research and development departments to be a leader in this market. Erez Makina is a company that has hydraulic and mechanical presses from 250 tons to 1000 tons. Parts between 20 grams and 3500 grams are cold formed in our machines. We continue our business by getting support from various technological programs in order to provide cheap and high quality products to our customers by using cold forging. Advantages of cold forging; While we obtain 350-400 g of product from 1 kg of material with the cold forging method, at least 500 g of profit is obtained in 1 piece, since we obtain 300 g of product when we use hot forging. It varies according to the height, diameter and shape of the part. In addition, it has an advantage of 70-80% in production time in proportion to the heat treatment compared to the hot forging method. 90-95% of the parts produced by hot forging and metal cutting are heat treated. Since the part is cold forged without damaging the grain structure, this rate drops to 40-50% in cold forging. Moving parts, especially in the automotive industry and other industries, cold forming is preferred. The hardness varies according to the quality of the product. Among the products, cold forming is preferred because it provides faster and same quality delivery to the customer. Therefore, cold forging is preferred because of less material, short-term labor cost, homogeneous quality and deadline.
