Ergo Dubai

Opened in August 2022, Ergo is the brainchild of bartending pioneer, Jimmy Barrat. Taken from the Latin word for “therefore”, Ergo draws a philosophical thread that runs throughout the bartender-led concept from beginning to end. Food is an equally important part of Ergo and the borderless Mediterranean menu has been designed to be an epicurean experience that sits neatly alongside the bar program which sets the tempo at Ergo. With its retro sensibilities, industry-leading team, fun approach to drinks, and a deep and meaningful interior focus with a dedication to the atmosphere, the Ergo philosophy has arrived. As a bar, it wants to share its mantra with like-minded people who want to escape life for a few hours and have fun.
