This premium extra virgin olive oil is a family affair! The ‘Lianolia’ variety of Corfu, is widely known today for its beneficial properties. The process of harvesting and production is quite complex and for this exact reason the quantity we offer is limited! The extraction process is the first cold pressure without filtration.
Our variety is rich in polyphenols, substances that have significant biological activity and have been attributed anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective properties.
