In today's fast-paced work environment, where long hours at a desk are the norm, ErgoLama is addressing a critical need with its latest innovation - ergonomic cushions, designed to transform ordinary seating into personalized comfort zones. Founded in 2024 by four Business Management students at Masters' Union - Anshul, Ankur, Abhishu, and Angshuman - ErgoLama emerged from a shared concern over the prevalence of work-related back pain. The team combined their diverse expertise in engineering, design, ergonomics, and business strategy to create solutions that promote better posture and spinal health in the workplace. A key insight driving ErgoLama's product development is the recognition that most office chairs are designed with a global audience in mind, often catering to individuals with heights above 6 feet. This approach overlooks the needs of many users, particularly in India. ErgoLama's products are specifically designed with Indian body types and heights in mind, ensuring a more inclusive and effective ergonomic solution.
