In Ergoscan we evaluate and analyze athletes’ fitness levels and physical activity behavior in order to improve human athletic performance through the accurate assessment of fitness levels. Tests are carried out at training centers, teams’ field and in the laboratory. We develop individualized exercise prescriptions to increase physical fitness, strength, endurance, and flexibility. We use to design customized exercise programs to meet health care needs and athletic performance goals.
