Founded by Eric Chow, who has solid experience advising multinational, PRC and Hong Kong-based enterprises and investment banks on a wide range of corporate finance transactions. Before setting up his own firm, Eric previously practiced at leading law firms Paul Hastings, Norton Rose and Dentons in Hong Kong, he was also seconded to Morgan Stanley's Legal & Compliance Department in 2014-15, during which he mainly focused on the transactions in the Global Capital Markets/Investment Banking Department.
