Working at the intersection of business and psychology, Erin Joy uses nearly 30 years’ experience in entrepreneurship, strategic management consulting, roundtable facilitation, and executive coaching to help fellow female business owners launch, grow and sell their companies.

She was twice designated as one of the top 100 St. Louisans to know, has been recognized with an international Enterprising Women of the Year Champion Award in 2019, and was acknowledged as one of the Most Influential Business Women in 2022 by the St. Louis Business Journal.
Erin is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Business Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology to enhance her ability to provide comprehensive business consulting and to women in business on both a professional and emotional level. She makes collaboration and empowerment a priority in every facet of her life – from helping female business owners thrive to uplifting the people of her local community to setting an example for her own daughter, Audrey, and the next generation of women who will lead.
