At Erisha, inclusion isn’t just an idea—it’s at the
heart of everything we do. We believe that individuals with
special needs deserve more than just support; they deserve to
be understood, accepted, and empowered to participate fully in
society. Our mission is to break down barriers, foster a deep
sense of belonging, and build a world where every person, in all
their uniqueness, is valued and celebrated.
Through Erisha Paediatric Interventions, we provide hands-on,
interdisciplinary assessments and therapeutic support,
including speech therapy, psychology consultations, behavior
therapy, special education, and life skills training. We
personalize our approach, ensuring each child gets timely,
life-changing support—because early intervention can make
all the difference.
But inclusion doesn’t stop in childhood. That’s why we created The
Fun Flock Club, a space where adults with diverse needs can
connect, make friends, and simply enjoy life in a welcoming,
pressure-free community. We also recognize that caregivers and
parents deserve time to recharge. The Fun Flock Club offers safe,
reliable care so they can take a break, regroup, and look after
themselves—because supporting others starts with being
supported
Real change begins when we all start understanding and
embracing differences. A big part of our mission is raising
awareness about hidden disabilities. Many challenges aren’t
immediately visible, which is why we run training programs for
parents, educators, businesses, and communities. We
empower schools to foster true inclusion, guide workplaces—
hotels, airlines, offices—toward becoming neurodiversityaware
and responsive, and equip families with the tools and
confidence to navigate daily life.
We also care deeply about the mental well-being of
caregivers, educators, and therapists. When those who
support others feel empowered, they create real, lasting
change.
