Catalyst Trusteeship Ltd. (Winner: "Best Trustee of the Year 2017, 2018 and 2021" Award from Indian Securitization Foundation) was established in the year 1997 as a Private Limited Company. (Earlier known as GDA Trust Management Pvt. Ltd.) The company is the brainchild of CA. C. Mr Dixit (aka Dilip Dixit), a well-known Chartered Accountant and Managing Partner of G.D. Apte & Company, Chartered Accountants. (G.D.Apte & Company is a highly respected Audit, Assurance and Advisory firm which celebrated its Diamond Jubilee year in 2017. The firm has handled several major assignments throughout its illustrious history). The Company started its operations from Pune in the areas of ‘Debenture Trusteeship’ and ‘Management of Private Provident Funds’. It is a matter of great pride that this is the first Private Sector Company to be registered by SEBI as a ‘Debenture Trustee’. It has also enlarged its sphere of activities to include the Sale of Digital Signatures, Software Audits, and Software Escrow Services. In the last decade, Catalyst Trusteeship Ltd. witnessed robust growth in its business and spread its geographical presence outside Pune to Metro cities of Delhi, Mumbai, GIFT City - Gujarat, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata & Hyderabad.
