ERP Consulting provides freelance IFS services in Solution Architecture, IFS Consultancy, and Project Management, specializing in IFS implementation, roll-out, and upgrade projects. ERP Consulting is owned by Arjen Prins. I have over 30 years of experience with ERP and EAM solutions, particularly with the IFS Solution. I've worked on both sides of the table—both as a consultant for IFS and as a customer utilizing IFS. In addition to IFS, I have worked for renowned companies like IBM, Maersk Drilling, Noble Corporation and SKF. As a consultant, I have worked for ABB, Alstom Power, Wilhelmsen Shipping Services, Wilhelmsen Technical Solutions, Port of Singapore Authority (PSA), BMW, and various smaller firms. I am in a unique position where I have the opportunity to begin working as a freelance IFS Consultant. I offer the following services: Solution Architecture As an IFS Solution Architect, I specialize in collaborating with business stakeholders to convert their requirements into effective IFS solutions. This includes advanced configurations, process adaptations, and optimal utilization of the IFS system. IFS Consultancy IFS expertise to optimize asset management, supply chain, warehouse management, document management, replication framework and IoT integrations. Project Management Over the years, I have gained valuable experience as a project manager, interim project manager, and track lead in various IFS projects of diverse sizes. IFS Implementation and Roll-Out Projects Proven expertise in successfully executing numerous IFS implementation projects. IFS Upgrade and Data Migration Projects In addition to IFS implementation projects, I have experience with upgrade projects across various IFS versions and data migration projects from a range of ERP and EAM systems to IFS. Master Data Management Proper Master Data is a prerequisite for a well functioning IFS Solution. I can help customers to streamline the processes around Master Data Management.
