Due to many calamities, experienced travel industry staff left the travel trade while some left the country. Many travel companies have closed up while others are barely surviving. Since there is not many experienced staff to meet the demand, I came up with an idea to train existing staff and train newcomers on the day-to-day Travel Operation. I will take the burden off the managers or supervisors of training staff, which is very tiring and time-consuming. I have identified key areas in staff that need basic training. With the current updates and my 20 years of industry experience, I have structured the modules with information to lay a proper foundation. Interactive practical sessions to keep the students engaged. There will be a follow-up session to get feedback. You have the option of either learning module-wise or as a course. It could be an onsite training or a classroom at a convenient location.
