ERS Textile was founded in 2015 by Erhan Palabıyıklı and Serdar Palabıyıklı in Istanbul, Turkey. They have brought their family’s textile production experience into their own company.
ERS Textile has a production area of 2200 m². Cutting, sewing, sample sewing, quality control, ironing, and packaging processes are carried out within our company. Cutting is done flawlessly with the BULLMER PROCUT D80015 automatic cutting machine.
Our product expertise includes knitted and woven products for men, women, and children. These include T-shirts, sweatshirts, zip-up sweatshirts and jackets, trousers, shorts, woven and knitted swimwear, woven coats, raincoats, and vests.
The services we provide to our customers include fabric and printing research, measurement chart preparation for fit samples, initial proto sample preparation, SMS collection preparation, and stages up to shipment. Our standout capabilities include innovative product presentations and R&D, rapid response and solution production, on-time delivery rate, and quality management.
Our notable client references include Philipp Plein, Maxmara Co, Peuterey, Bikkembergs, Versace, Cavalli, and Moschino. The primary countries we export to are Italy, Germany, Switzerland, the United States, and South Korea.
Our minimum order quantities are 200 pieces per color. The collection SMS delivery time is 6-8 weeks, and the order delivery time is 8-10 weeks.
