As a buyer of work, you specify your task using a no-code specification and then we provide yield-as-a-service from your specification. As a seller of work, we welcome you - whomever you are - given your history on the platform we estimate how well you will do on a task and pay you accordingly; no risk of discrimination leads to a meritocratic career and new certifiable skills. This is all unlocked by our generation of virtual workspace application from the buyers’ specification, we incentivize the workers with a comparative advantage for this specific task. In the workspaces, we gain unique observability and are able to learn about both task and workers. This allows us to 1) pay workers given an estimate of the quality of their output given what we learned about them and to ignore any outside credentials or demographic details, hence leveling the playing field; discrimination never even enters the equation. And 2), to find the automatable aspects of the tasks and to automatically automate them using machine learning.
