Erik Schwensen is also an experienced Professional Business Coach and Mentor, frequently use in combination with the former. The Company is based on Erik Schwensen´s many years of leadership experiences and experiences as Facilitator of extensive Leadership and Change projects, including Mentoring/Coaching within many different Branches. The Company is also based on Erik´s Leadership training and education - nationally and internationally - within the Defense Forces, a master degree from Copenhagen Business School and extensive training as Professional Business Coach and Mentor.
