eSaathi is a human-like digital friend within a mobile app that guides a less tech savvy Bharat user at every step through on-screen visual cues (hand pointers), and voice instructions in their local language. It helps these users, who are not comfortable with digital interfaces, with what and where to click on the screen. eSaathi, a B2B new type of UX assistive SaaS, comes packaged as a lightweight SDK that can be integrated with a few lines of code on top of any client's app i.e growth stage B2C mobile apps that want to significantly increase their app's adoption amongst the Indian users.
