We have been part of the Italian chemical Group SIAD since 1977 and are leaders in industrial combustion in many sectors: metallurgy, ceramics, food, incineration and glass.
Today we are committed to the energy transition by offering complete solutions for the combustion of hydrogen, blends and other liquid and gaseous green fuels.
We build 40 families of burners, electronic controls and certified mechatronic instruments, fuel skids with automation up to SIL3 level.
With the headquarters in Curno (Bergamo), the Indian (Pune), Belgian (Charleroi), German (Wuppertal) branches, we have over 100 employees and invest 5% of our annual turnover in R&D. In fact, our Research Center on combustion technology in Curno has no equal in Europe and is equipped with a casemate in reinforced concrete. to safely test pure hydrogen burners up to 3 MW.
We are ISO9001:2015 certified and work in compliance with the SIAD Group code of ethics and Italian Law 231, while ISO14000 certification is in progress.
Our managers are members of the ISO committee responsible for harmonizing the many national safety regulations and are among the top management of the Italian (CICOF), European (CECOF) trade associations .
The latest technological innovations include self-recuperative burners (worldwide patent) free flame or for radiant tubes (also flameless); hi-effiicency regenerative burners with flat flame for NG, LPG, hydrogen and blends; oxy/hydroxy combustion burners; the new patented ISEO solenoid valves and the revolutionary “Checkmate™” modular assembly technology; the new “ALBEN™” electronic controls for safe supply and combustion even of problematic gases such as hydrogen and LPG; the Phlogiston® system for mixing hydrogen or LPG with PNG at the beginning of an entire industrial installation.
