Our ESC’s are used globally by customers to improve their process performance and reduce their costs.
Specifically we design and fabricate ESC’s which;
Run in AMAT, LAM, SPTS, TEL and other OEM chambers
Can be recycled to new condition several times
Last longer, reduce particles, increase productivity and reduce costs
Use the latest 300mm ESC materials and know how for 200mm and less
Full design and test capability for new OEM designs.
