ESCOBAR Specialty Coffee Roasters is the first mico roasters in Slovenia. We work directly with the coffee farmers, which enables us to get access to smaller farms, control quality of our coffees and present the story from coffee plantations to the end consumer. We work mostly with specialty coffees and we have already visited many of these specialist smaller producers.
