ESD Joint Venture

How we manage water and wastewater systems now will be critical for our communities and ecosystems for many generations to come. The challenges are many – growing populations, the need to protect our environment and reverse the erosion of biodiversity as well as finding ever-more sustainable approaches to everything we do. ESD Joint Venture is a Scottish Water design and construction partner engaged in the upgrade of water and wastewater treatment facilities. We help to increase the capacity, quality and sustainability of the water network. As a joint venture, involving MWH Treatment, Galliford Try and Binnies, our strength is in the mix of technologies and expertise we bring. Along with our first contract with Scottish Water (SR15), we are delivering a second programme of work (SR21) valued at £700 million over the next six years.
