"RENAISSANCE IN REAL ESTATE" Making where you live feel like Home! Dave and Skip Murray founded Esdy Properties, Inc. in 1997 to pursue opportunities in Investment Real Estate. We started with nine new apartments in December of that year and have grown to 51 units through-out Miami County, Ohio. Sadly, Dave passed away in 2022. Skip is the President of his own real estate investment company Murray Property Investments and is enjoying a lifelong career in sales. We setup the systems, staff and team to allow us to build a substantial base in this "part-time" endeavor.
