ESENCIA® is a brand of the french group LAFFORT®, specialized in oenological products. Established in Bordeaux and San Sebastián, ESENCIA® has been producing aromatic extracts since the 1930s. Having created its own plant, fruit and spice recipes over decades, ESENCIA® is able to offer extracts of isolated raw materials, and more complex extracts made up of several plants, spices, citrus… The heart of ESENCIA®’s business is the natural flavouring of distilled, fermented and alcohol-free beverages. The close link with the LAFFORT® and BIOLAFFORT® R&D group allows ESENCIA® to constantly improve its expertise and adapt its aromatic formulations to different bases. ESENCIA®’s natural flavours can be developed on a water-alcohol or propylene glycol base.
