Established in 2017, EMC began its initial phase of consulting business with a primary focus on Drill&Blast design and optimization and Drill-to-Mill value chain optimization. Later we expanded our services to include designing the new process circuit and optimising the existing circuits. Mining value chain design and optimization was our initial vision and still it is the same vision that we have. As far as design is concerned, all unit operations from blasting to final production stages have been designed based on the ore characterization data. For characterization studies, ore characterisation, comminution test work and metallurgical test works including dewatering have been conducted. In the optimisation stages, EMC have offered Drill-to-Mill plant and Drill-to-Leach optimization studies. Site Scoping Studies of EMC to the mining industry are the pioneering starting point for the optimisation.
