Ziel von ESERO (=European Space Education Resource Office der Europäischen Weltraumorganisation) ist es, die Faszination des Themas Weltraum zu nutzen, um junge Menschen an naturwissenschaftliche, technische Themen heranzuführen. Hauptzielgruppe sind dabei Lehrer*innen im Primar- und Sekundarstufenbereich. Langfristig soll das Projekt die Zahl der Kinder und Jugendlichen erhöhen, die sich für eine technisch-naturwissenschaftliche Berufslaufbahn entscheiden. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen bietet ESERO Lehrer*innen ein breites Angebot an Unterrichtsmaterialien und Fortbildungsprogrammen.
