The East Sussex Foster Care Association (ESFCA) is an independent charity run by foster carers, for foster carers and their families, including ‘Children Who Care’ and ‘Children in Care’. It was launched in March 1993 in response to the needs of the children/young people in public care across the County and the demands this placed on their Foster families.
