The opportunity to effectively tackle the climate crisis is diminishing. Currently, the global average temperature is about 1.1°C above pre-industrial levels. If existing trends persist, the world could exceed the 1.5°C mark within the next twenty years and reach the 2°C mark by the early part of the second half of this century. However, it is still just possible to limit global warming to 1.5°C, depending heavily on the investment choices made in the coming decade.
The ESG Investment (ESGI), stands as the Vietnam climate fund. Its mission is to aid developing Vietnam in achieving and enhancing Vietnam Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) for low-emission, climate-resilient development.
