Improve their ESG Performance by: • Conducting a materiality assessment to identify the most crucial sustainability-related risks and opportunities • Measuring and reporting on greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) that contribute to the company’s carbon footprint • Preparing a carbon reduction plan by setting targets that are aligned with the company’s vision and industry requirements • Developing KPIs spanning all three elements of ESG for functional teams across the organisation • Recommending ESG policy integrations into strategic decision making to drive real implementation • Advising on process improvements and plug-ins to improve implementation and measurement • Conducting knowledge and training sessions to educate employees and leaders on ESG requirements and their implementation 2. Report on their ESG performance by: • Identifying the right framework and sustainability-related matters that need to be disclosed • Complying with disclosure requirements of regulatory bodies (BRSR, GRI, CSRD, TCFD, IR, PRI, SASB and others) • Making voluntary disclosures to meet investor requirements or to get an edge over peers
