Eshaana is a grassroots mental health initiative built on the belief that therapy should be a right, not a privilege. Founded by young psychology students, Eshaana connects therapists with individuals seeking support — offering pro bono, compassionate mental health care to those who may not otherwise have access to it. At Eshaana, we are creating a space where empathy, learning, and impact come together.
