The company is governed by a Management Board headed by Mr. Muhammad Bin Abdallah Al Atiyah as a chairman, a well-known Qatari businessman who is the owner of Al Baladi Holding as well, and by an Executive Board headed by Eng. Yasser Asaad Mohamed as a CEO.
