The School of Information Sciences (ESI) created in 1975 and reorganized by Decree No. 2-15-943 is an engineering school governed by the provisions of Law No. 01.00 on the organization of higher education. The school is under the supervision of the High Commission for Planning (HCP).
ESI is the only public institution in Morocco to train engineers in the fields of Information Sciences, in particular content, data and knowledge engineering, document engineering, competitive intelligence, strategic intelligence and information systems.
Its mission is basic training, continuing education and scientific research, with a view to actively contributing to the development of the information society in Morocco.
