Esko Casting & Electronics Pvt. Ltd., started in 1973 has grown into “ESKO Group of Industries” and has established itself as green manufacturing company. ESKO is focusing on High Pressure Die-Casting (HPDC), Luminaire Manufacturing, BLDC Fan Manufacturing, Heat Convector Manufacturing and Induction Cooktop manufacturing. As a part of HPDC we die-cast components for different industrial parts and automotive parts. Esko has established 6 manufacturing facilities expanded on an area of 250,000 sq ft in India, across Faridabad and Kolkata. With a rich experience of over 50 years, we have developed a wide portfolio of over 145 products. With over 1250 skilled people employed in our factories, we are capable of designing and manufacturing products requiring machine capacity of up to 1200 T using latest machine from IDRA, Yizumi, Toyo catering towards intricate and heavy casting for our clients. Our versatile machine shop consists of more than 50 VMC / CNC machines along with the HPDC & Melt shop. We have a well-developed in-house R&D unit, that help us innovate, keeping us ahead of the competition. Our PDC Tool Designing Capability is enabled with 3D Simulation and Modelling for Tool Design, Rapid Prototyping and Tooling, CAD-CAM and other world-class technologies. We are Certified by IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) to name a few. The long business relationship with global conglomerates like Signify, JTEKT etc. is a standing testament to our commitment to quality. We have also been awarded the Green Sustainability Certificate from Philips Sustainability Audit and Maruti Center For Excellence (MACE) respectively.
