The École supérieure de Musique Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (ESM) is devoted to excellence in musical training, teaching, learning, and developing professional musicians in many disciplines who make a difference. Founded in 2009, ESM is a public conservatory of music in Dijon, France, and one of the 12 institutions of higher music education under the tutelage of the French Ministry of Culture. ESM has developed close ties with several collaborative institutions in France, Europe and the world and actively participates in the European Platform for Artistic Research in Music (EPARM) network. ESM is a member of the French National Association of Higher Education Institutes for Artistic Creation in the domain of performing arts (ANESCAS), and the European Association of Conservatories (AEC) and engaged in the work of the European Music Council (EMC).
