The ESMIT initiative represents the European Association of Nuclear Medicine’s response to huge changes in the educational needs of the nuclear medicine community and the rising demand for greater multimodality content.
The EANM decided to review and modernise its educational system in 2015, answering to the growing need of the community to be educated not only on all modalities that are used in imaging but also to be well prepared in the therapeutic applications of our discipline. The ESMIT offers a variety of learning experiences conducted through a trained faculty.
