ESN (Erasmus Student Network) Insubria

The association was estabilished in February 2019 with the name 'Insubria Erasmus Angels' by some Insubria's students encouraged by the University, with the purpose of helping and supporting international students. The association played a key role in helping also Italian students who wanted to study abroad, in fact the bureaucratic issues were demoralizing the outgoing flow. Because of this, with the coordination of the university and thanks to the international experience accrued by our members, the association started to undertake various initiatives such as: welcome days, buddy system, event organization and playful activities too. After a while, with the will of our most active members and also the one coming from our university, the association sent its application to become part of Erasmus Student Network (ESN). Thank to our work, during the national ESN Italy event held on December 15th 2019 in Siena, the association changed its name to ESN Insubria. From 2020 the association is an active part of the network and continues its job of supporting outgoing and incoming international students.
