Espacio DECA is an architecture firm dedicated to exploring the evolution of the built environment over time. Our vision is to engage in an ongoing orchestration of spatial transformation, recognizing that architecture is never static—spaces, materials, and programs exist before, beyond, and in dialogue with any singular intervention. Based in Spain, Espacio DECA specializes in residential and hospitality projects, with over 1,000 m² of ongoing contracted work. We are committed to crafting highly customized environments with meticulous attention to detail, overseeing each project from its earliest conceptual stages to the final delivery of fully realized, furnished spaces. Founded by Pepe Gómez-Acebo, an architect trained in the USA, the Netherlands, and Spain, Espacio DECA draws upon a diverse and rigorous educational foundation. This global perspective informs a research-driven approach to design, ensuring that each project is both contextually sensitive and forward-thinking.
