After thirty years of experience working in the technical services division of several companies in the Piedmont area of North Carolina, such as NCR, Decision Data and Rodan Inc. , Roger Elliott decided to establish a printer / company service company addressing, first and foremost, the hardware service needs of businesses in the area while at the same time saving our customers the headaches of high cost service and impersonal response by the "Big Guys". We have been in business since 1998 and look forward to many more years of servicing the area. In 2000, Roger Elliott's son, Joe Elliott, came on board and began working with small businesses while still in high school. Since then, ESP still has the original network customers and has continued to add more customers. Numerous customers began asking ESP if we could provide phone services to them, and ESP became a reseller in 2019.
