The company is a spin-off of the University of Trieste. Born from the synergy of two research groups, one specialized in sedimentology and coastal morphodynamics the other in applied and exploration geophysics, with the industrial partnership of Anfibia srl, the company provides geological and environmental services. Esplora combines the expertise and know-how of both the academic research and professional practice. It works both on sea and land, and particularly in the coastal areas and wetlands. Esplora optimizes the transfer of knowledge and technology to the market. The company refines and improves the surveying and monitoring operations to support: the environmental management and planning, the infrastructures design, environmental remediation and archeological research.
