The first ever Esports event established in Egypt is what people see, but what really happened was extraordinary.
We wanted to give the same esports experience to the casual players so they can also take part in sharing their love for the game, whether through showing off their cosplay or finding the right components that upgrade their gaming performance. We wanted to gather gamers with all different tastes, and make a bigger impact each year since 2018.
The Esports Summit opened the door for professional gaming in the Esports scene by hosting multiple offline tournaments such as the GL Summer Cup, which was just the beginning of unprecedented awakening of a fully established gaming community that attracts all types of gamers, from casual to professional.
