Our clients are owner-operators and managers of small to medium sized businesses, directly immersed in the day-to-day work without the benefit of scale to support in-house strategic planning work. Esprit de Merci brings a unique combination of Business Consulting and Leadership Coaching to complement what's already happening. The consulting aspect of our work taps into deep professional expertise and experience in finance, strategic planning and human resources. Through coaching, we help great leaders and teams ask the right questions, facilitate opportunities to dive deep, offering a safe and confidential environment to think out loud and solve problems. Each our clients has a unique set of challenges, nuance and complexity. We work together to design a customized, strategic and holistic engagement that may include any or all of the following: - Organizational Design and Strategy - Financial Planning & Analysis - Leadership & Team Coaching - Workshop Design & Facilitation Investing in the health of a business takes time, and the process is iterative. The length of an initial engagement is generally 3-12 months, working together to determine an appropriate pace and priority, with options to continue working together through regular check-ins and revisions to the plan.
