ESR EQUITY is the investment arm and subsidiary of ESR (Executive Search Research). We offer domestic and international recruitment services on “sweat equity” basis together with seed capital to pre-IPO tech companies headquartered in Norway interested in expanding into the U.S. market. In addition, we are also interested in investing in international research firms/RPO´s and companies providing complimentary services to ESR, such as IT- consultancies, technological solutions geared towards HR, recruitment and assessment. In addition to building winning dream teams and boards of directors in return for equity, we can also provide strategic HR services. ESR EQUITY applies the extensive network from over 4,000 domestic and international recruitments and 25,000 top passive talents presented at ESR, together with the experience of building hundreds of successful leadership teams.
