Esrey Resources Ltd is an exploration and development company. The Company is focused on developing oil and gas reserves in Papua New Guinea and Bulgaria. Its segments include Papua New Guinea, Poland, the United States and Canada. The Company holds a portfolio of exploration acreage in Papua New Guinea and also has varying interests in approximately 2.4 million acres of prospective oil and natural gas properties comprising three licenses. Its Petroleum Prospecting Licenses (PPL) include PPL 486, which covers approximately 530, 000 acres; PPL 321, which covers approximately 1.8 million acres, and PRL 13, which covers approximately 40, 000 acres. PPL 486 is located in Southeastern Papua New Guinea in the Papuan Basin approximately 30 kilometers southeast of the Southeast Gobe (SE Gobe) oil and gas field. PRL 13 is also located in Southeastern Papua New Guinea in the Papuan Basin. The Company is focused on evaluating PPL 321 utilizing reprocessed seismic data and geological models.
