We introduce ourselves as an ISO 9001:2008 certified foundry. This unit was started in 1971 by Mr. B. L. Kamat, B.Sc (Hons.), B.E, Mechanical Engineer by profession (Graduated from BITS, Pilani) Experience of 50 years, later on joined by Mr. S. B. Kamat D.M.E. (Experience 25 Years). We are casting manufacturing company and produce all types of non-ferrous castings i.e. copper based alloys. The castings are produced by sand, gravity die, centrifugal, shell moulded or cored castings. The range of castings can be from few grams to about 100 Kg in Copper alloys.We have Induction furnace of 180 Kg x 2. We have sand preparation facility. We also have adequate machining facility. We also have in-house spectrometer (Spectromax make made in Germany) and can furnish heat wise material analysis whenever required. Our total capacity is about 20 tons per month. We have implemented a hydraulic tilt pour mechanism for manufacturing of Copper alloy gravity die cast components. Necessary machining facility like VMC and CNC turning is out sourced.
