Essence Therapy - ATX, PLLC

We are deeply passionate about trauma work, brain health, nervous system and somatic work, attachment repatterining, identity development, helping people design authentic lives, and sharing tools that deepen connection in relationships. We take a relational and integrative approach when working with clients. This means there will be a genuine connection and use of a variety of modalities to assist the process of healing and transformation. Essence Therapy is not traditional therapy. You are not just a diagnosis. You are more than the trauma you have experienced. Essence Therapy is about releasing the heaviness that life has asked you to carry, so you may reveal what is at your core - and remember the truth of who you really are. This is a process of coming back home to yourself, more wise, more embodied, and more free. We examine and process the past and integrate what was learned from your experiences into present day - you then decide what you need to do to create your ideal future with conviction and inspired action. Essence Therapy conceptualizes the full picture of you and your life - past, present, future & mind, body, spirit. Our Clients Often: - Discover what’s at the root of their patterns so they can begin to break free, release expectations, and create a more ideal future - Process and alleviate past trauma and create meaning out of past suffering - Explore and understand themselves on deeper levels so they are able to more authentically relate to others - Shift from living on auto-pilot to living consciously and intentionally, which creates a greater sense of freedom, peace, and aliveness. Alternative services are offered in-person, dependent on client needs, available after the first 12 sessions.
